Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the AI Bible Games mobile applications ("the Apps") and purchasing access to our AI-based New Testament games: New Testament: The AI Experience, Scripture Sessions, and New Testament Trivia Challenge. These Terms govern your use of the Apps and your relationship with Alinea Group, LLC, doing business as AI Bible Games ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Apps, and by purchasing access to our AI-based New Testament games, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Apps or purchasing access to our games.

2. Access to Games

2.1 Free and Paid Access

We offer both free and paid access to our games. The free access version is ad-supported and comes with interstitial ads. The paid access version is available through various subscription plans as outlined within the Apps, and provides an ad-free experience along with access to both adult and child versions of Scripture Sessions, as well as New Testament: The AI Experience and New Testament Trivia Challenge.

2.2 Purchasing Access

By purchasing a subscription, you acquire the right to access the paid version of our games for the duration of the subscription period selected. Subscription pricing may vary, and all purchases are final and non-refundable.

2.3 User Account

To purchase a subscription you will be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

3. Intellectual Property

The games and all content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, available within the Apps or within the games, are the intellectual property of Alinea Group, LLC.
